Pro Bono Pledge Program

Students who sign the Pledge are committing to complete at least:

  1. 50 hours of volunteer work before graduation, (if they sign the pledge as a 1L Student);

  2. 15 hours of volunteer work per year remaining (if they sign the pledge as a 2L/3L Students); or

  3. 20 hours of volunteer work before graduation (LLMs).

Take the Pledge

You can take the Pledge here!

There are no negative consequences for not completing your Pledge, so don’t be afraid to sign up! It is much easier to complete your pledge, find opportunities, and report your hours on Symplicity if you sign up early. Students who fulfill their Pledge will receive a certificate from the Dean and recognition at graduation. Students will receive special recognition for completing 100 and 200 hours.
